Paige Associates believe in offering a ‘hands-on’ approach to all our clients.

We do not use out-sourced bookkeeping services or employ unqualified staff.

We provide the following services:

Accountancy – both management and statutory accounts can be prepared either on an annual basis or quarterly/monthly to suit the requirements of the business.

Tax – We prepare Tax Returns for companies, partnerships and individuals and will deal with HMRC on your behalf. We can also advise on capital gains tax and tax planning issues.

VAT – We will prepare quarterly VAT returns for either paper or on-line filing.

Bookkeeping – We offer a monthly, quarterly or annual bookkeeping service and will therefore, be able to monitor the financial well-being of the business and offer business advice if required.

Payroll and CIS – We can provide a comprehensive payroll and CIS compliance service through an associated payroll bureau.

Buying and selling businesses – We have particular experience in advising clients on business acquisitions and sales and the business valuations. We also have many clients whom we have helped from the inception of their business to the present where they have grown into large and successful companies.

General business advice – with many years experience in both large and small businesses, we can offer advice on all aspects of running a business including employment issues, raising finance and growing your business.
